Sneha Trivedi

Sneha Trivedi studied andcompleted her Bachelors in Mass Communication from Mumbai University in 2009and later studied Photography Design at National Institute of Design pursuingher M.Des, at Gandhinagar completing in year 2012. Her work majorly deals withphotographing  people and theirrelationships.Practicing photography deals with various alternativecommunities; alternative lives of people around her. Theconcerns have been to raise questions to alternative lifestyle of people, understandtheir individual lives in a community. Women's issues, representation and her relationshiphas been one of my major concerns. By exploring the medium she believes in giving voice to the subject and sinceeach subject is different to another the language also differs, hence shefollows no particular style of photography and constantly exploring, andgrowing with the medium. As a part of her exploration she has also performedfor the camera to feel one with the subject by taking self-portraits humorouslychallenges the authenticity of the photographic image.
